1. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Medical or Psychological Services: My services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you need support with this, seek professionals in that field.
No Guaranteed Outcomes: Spiritual work involves personal interpretation and does not guarantee specific results. I take no responsibility for the actions of my clients, this includes the time during our sessions, and afterwards. Everyone is responsible for their own actions.
For Entertainment or Personal Development: The services I offer are due to legal reasons for entertainment purposes only.
2. Ethical Boundaries
I do not offer readings and any personal development work for minors without parental consent. (Clients have to be 18+ to book any personal work with me).
I do not provide predictions or guidance regarding legal, financial advice, (mental)- health matters or any topics requiring professional advice as I’m neither a doctor, nor lawyer, nor therapist, nor do I intend to replace any of these professional services. My readings are also explicitly not set in stone nor are they promises to any outcome, as every action my clients take might have an impact on their path in life they’re walking on (the vision or goals might change as well as their perspective, decisions, etc.).
3. Client Responsibility
My clients are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions following the session.
I explicitly don’t take any responsibility for my clients’ actions during and after our Session(s). Use your discernment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Energy Alignment Sessions and every other offer are paid upfront - I’ll only start channeling the messages after I received the full payment for the Session/offer. Since this is a personal and individual reading-service, I do not offer any refunds. By buying any of my 1:1 services, my clients agree with the terms stated in here and waiver of the right of return (14-day policy).
If my clients have to cancel the Session due to personal reasons, they can reschedule it by simply messaging me via Email (connect@lady-elisamarie.com) within 24 hours before the session starts. If the rescheduling isn’t done within that time-frame, I keep the payment for the missed session as time-compensation and the client can book another session for the full price.
If the work-dynamic in the session doesn’t work for either me or the client, a refund of up to 50% can be discussed, but isn’t promised. Both parties can end the session anytime under stated conditions.
The downloadable guides are explicitly excluded from any refund, since it’s an instant download and life-time access to the downloadable PDF.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are conducted in strict confidence. Any personal information shared during a session will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties. (Please note the privacy policy of the used Apps/Programs such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google meet, Instagram/Threads DMs, discord, and the email-service as they might have a different value system and privacy policy which I don’t take any responsibility for).
I do not record any of the sessions except for if discussed otherwise with my client upfront.
6. Compliance with Local Laws
VAT and Invoicing: All prices listed on this website are final and include applicable taxes. Payment method is via Paypal.
Right of Withdrawal: Under German law, consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days of booking. However, this right is waived once the service is booked upon the customer’s request. My clients explicitly waive their right of refund and/or withdrawal by ordering or booking my offer.
Consumer Protection: Compliance with any local consumer protection laws applicable to spiritual services is ensured.
7. Ethical Marketing and Claims
The services offered are based on the provider's intuitive and spiritual connection. While insights are given with care and sincerity, the accuracy or outcome of the Sessions cannot be guaranteed and is fully based on my clients’ decisions.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected for the purpose of providing the service will be handled in compliance with the GDPR. For more details, please read the Privacy policy of this website.
9. Spiritual Tools Disclaimer
The provider may use spiritual tools (as an example tarot cards) as part of the session. These tools are intended to support intuitive guidance and should not be interpreted as predictive or absolute. Just as with everything being said or channeled during our Sessions, the full responsibility for their actions during and after our sessions lie with my clients.
10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If one or more of the provisions listed herein are found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
